E.164 formatted phone number. Can be null to indicate that the source caller is anonymous. This is only possible with the direction "inbound"

The direction of the call, Can be either "inbound" or "outbound"

The status of the call. Can be any value of "ringing", "in-progress" or "completed"

The identifiers of the devices. Trengo should contain the configured mapping between device extension and user. This can contain multiple extensions when the status is "ringing" but must contain only 1 value if the status is "in-progress" or "completed"

A unique value to identify this call

The token will identify on which channel the call is being received. The token can be retrieved while creating the SIP channel

ISO8610 formatted datetime. This should contain the moment in time that the event occurred or is occurring

This can contain any helpful data and will be displayed to the user receiving the event
