This action can be used to easily log a phone call from external VOIP applications.

The channel ID from the voip call.

The phone number from the contact. Must be numeric.

The direction of the phone call. Must be INBOUND or OUTBOUND.

The name of the contact. Only used when the contact does not already exists.

An optional note used to create an intern ticket message.

The duration in seconds of the phone call.
