Returns the templates that the user can see, ordered by title, with pagination. Without limit, one page holds up to 2000 templates. Only a template with status ACCEPTED can be sent. PENDING means that Meta has not decided yet, and DECLINED means that Meta refused it.
The message holds the body text with its placeholders {{1}}, {{2}} and so on. The components hold the header, the footer and the buttons. A URL button whose details end in {{1}} needs a value when you send the template.
